PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING AND OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Our Company, in a capacity of Data Controller, and each of the eventually appointed external Data Processors, as identified above, shall manage and store, using automated and/or paper tools, the personal data collected through the use of the website and its various features that can be activated at the user’s request, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which such data was collected and voluntarily provided by the user.
Specific security measures, as provided for in Article 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679, are observed in order to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access to the data.
The data shall be handled only by personnel authorised by the Data Controller. If necessary, personal data related to information and booking request services may be processed by personnel employed by the company that handles the technical maintenance of the website, namely JTP Informatica Srl, based in Via Miranese, 426/F, Borgo Paolina building, 30173 Chirignago (VE), Italy, appointed as an external Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Customers’ personal details shall also be communicated to local police authorities, in order to fulfil the obligation provided for in Article 109 of R.D. 18.6.1931 no. 773.
In no event shall the data be disclosed.
User profiling shall be carried out on the aforementioned data, in order to analyse the periods of greatest inflow and the targeted proposal of offers.
